In the competing question of alliance of nations, we have no quarrel.
We seek to ensure the prosperity of our peoples, you in your way, we in ours.
Your sovereignty is not in question.
If you intend to entice, then offer greater reward, and less punishment, in all things.
That is your chief flaw. The punishment is too much. I understand why.
That was unfair, and unwise in the extreme.
Is this so unreasonable?
