Seeking Guidance: Crafting a Cold Email Template That Resonates

Hi YC Community - your example templates wanted

I'm diving into the world of cold emailing and am aiming to create a template that's both genuine and effective. I know this community has a plethora of experiences, insights, and talent, so I'm humbly reaching out for guidance.

Our SaaS is based in the Construction industry. Think Head contractors/Builders as our target market.

If any of you have had success with cold emailing, or even just have thoughts on what resonates with you when you're on the receiving end, I'd be incredibly grateful for your insights. Any templates, strategies, or general advice would be immensely appreciated.
