I have seen many of these results and did not find a lot on the very specific issue of DE-planing. Most of this stuff discusses boarding.

It's incredibly difficult to get people to deplane according to any particular planned method, at least in the US.

This is why I suspect there to be an even more lassiez faire approach available:

1. ANYONE fills the aisle

2. Entire aisle is flushed (aisle obstructors are somehow severely punished)

3. repeat until done

This would probably be even faster than what I propose but is a lot harder to model.
