Why? Collecting invoice information while on a company trip can be a tedious process. It involves scanning documents, inputting data from each invoice into an Excel spreadsheet, and then sending it to the Finance Team.
It's also a pain if you want to collect all your expenses every month, and then analyse where your money went at the end of the month.
So, why not leverage AI to extract information from a picture or PDF and download it as a CSV file? This CSV file can then be used in Google Sheets or Excel Spreadsheets.
This app's objective is to scan your invoices, have them analysed, and download the information in a CSV format. It's as simple as that.
