Doesn’t mean it was autonomous, a lot of those Waymo vehicles still have drivers in them.
Some of Cruise and Waymo cars have drivers in them, but based on my personal experience and what I've been hearing from friends, they see a lot more Cruise with drivers than Waymos these days. Not sure if this particular car had a driver, but the comments on the video seem to say it didn't.
