Texas questions rights of a fetus after prison guard who had stillborn baby sues

Every fetus is *not* a baby.

Not logically, medically, legally, scientifically or even religiously.

And when push comes to shove, even hypocrits in Texas agree.

Sorry, y'all got your cake with the Supreme Court repealing Roe v. Wade, now you have to eat it. In fact I hope you choke on it.

Nope, in Texas it is also illegal to murder a baby. In fact, murdering a baby is more illegal than killing a fetus.

I think he's referring to children, not infants.

In Texas, it's legal to kill anyone over the age of 13 - according to my cousin's neighbor's friend's girlfriend's friend who went to college with a guy who's now a lawyer in Texas, anyway.

Can we just settle this once and for all: a fetus is whatever is most profitable (or least expensive) in the given context.
