WeWork goes from $47B valuation to ‘substantial doubts’ about its future

It's a cliche because it's true - it's very easy to grow by selling a $1 for 50¢. WFH, Covid, etc obviously helped kill WeWork but they had a long time to reach profitability before 2020.
