What helps people get comfortable on the command line?

I will say I'm warming up to the terminal than I ever did CMD because you can run programs without faffing about with CD (or god forbid you try and figure out how to switch with drive to use).
- how to pass in arguments and parameters
- how to get help on any command
- how to handle whitespace
Tools:
- good autocomplete
- command history list with filtering (what I hate the most when using CLI is researching again how I did something a few months ago)
And realizing it's basically a REPL environment. Your programming skills transfer to CLI.
