Who has the best tech in hearing aids?

I have been wearing hearing aids for about 10 years now and have always bought the Kirkland model for affordability. Since that has now been discontinued, I am broadening my search.

Does anyone know who has the best chips in hearing aids right now? I am looking at prescription only and by best I mean clarity, sound discrimination etc. With the advances in ML and semi-conductors the last several years I am wondering if anyone is out in front.

If anyone knows of any technical discussions they could point to it would also be appreciated.
