Mr Malkinson was originally sentenced with a seven-year minimum term but was held for much longer because he refused to admit to a crime he knew he did not commit.
This is happening in all countries, but it is the worse denying of real justice in my opinion. Having to plead guilty just to have a reduced sentenced when you know you did nothing but no one believes you.The Govt still cant bring itself to admit it has a problem.
Is that the subconcious bias of those involved on display?
