Ask HN: Slashdot Website Clone?

Been trying to locate a clone of the Slashdot website. I recollect it was alt something and had a similar theme visually.

Looking for the alternative, as the Slashdot site doesn't render well in the brave browser, which I've configured to render all sites in dark mode by default and have also turned on aggressive level of blocking trackers and anti-fingerprinting.

Can any HN reader recollect this website? Or was my imagination playing tricks on me?
