What is happening in Canadian telecom that is causing such losses? Stagnating growth due to inflation and economic contraction I would get but this doesn't seem to be saying that directly.
Customers going elsewhere (tho other bigs Rogers & Bell also reporting cuts)? Customers not using the services?
