I'm tired of the rich and powerful deciding that it's somehow wrong for people to look after their own best interest rather than the best interest of the rich and powerful.
The office is obsolete. A leftover vestige of the pre-internet age. It was always the place I went to get some new disease or be frozen to death by an aggressive air conditioner while drinking bad coffee. Meanwhile I was constantly blinded by poor lighting choices and had zero privacy.
After 9/11 and the COVID-19 pandemic, can anyone find a standout reason why someone might want to transit into Manhattan to work in a highrise office tower?
