Ask HN: Is CppCon Worth It?

I've never attended a developer conference. My employer encourages me to do so. I've considered CppCon because it seems quite vibrant and I should get something out of it even I don't code that much in C++. It seems there are always many interesting talks there.

I could pick a conference a bit more relevant to what I do but as a SWE I feel that C++ is here to stay so it could be an opportunity to brush up my knowledge.
