It's actually handled in the post (there's a 25k bounty if they stay together 1 year, after that a vesting schedule).
Seems your answer is in the second paragraph, if they end up having a child, the one who suggested the partner can collect the bounty.
Am I reading this wrong? That's the example that inspired the idea, but they actually have a 4 year vesting schedule paid monthly after the first year, it seems.
