Ask HN: [Serious] – I want a medical LLM of my own bionomics (genome, etc.)
Is it possible to create an LLM of my own bionomics (such as my genome, whatever data comes from such as 23&me etc…
Such that I could do studies on my own genetics?
I want to understand how my biologics (human based) actually function and maybe self-tune minerals and diet…
Is there any place currently where I can even begin down this path? Companies/tech/groups your starting?
(I assume this is huge in the Thiel world of blood donors?

What would be steps to get a copy of my genome, and does it change over time (does my genomic model require updates over what timescale?)

Is one legally allowed to do this with their offspring (recall that movie sophies choice/steel magnolias (IIRC)?
