They're not asking for support. They encountered a problem and wrote a post about how they fixed it.

Then, it would seem that deleting "Help" from the front of the headline would make a better HN title. (And are we in the business of retaining misspellings?)

HN has a rule to not editorialize titles [0]. Hence why you technically can't make better titles.

Come on, nobody knowing what HSTS is would need help turning it off for localhost especially if they can even string that sentence together; I got that from the title and expected a funny story of stuff breaking. The fix being mentioned is nice too.
