Search - googling

Modifying picture - photoshopping

Sending a short message to the public - tweeting

How someone thinks that changing a name so strongly rooted is beyond comprehension.

Anyway I look forward reading more twitter messages on X.

They have now changed the Tweet button to "Post" (at least in the webapp; I finally got around to nuking the phone app so dunno about that). However, it's still "retweet" and "quote tweet". Very competent rebrand, this.

Apple is very supportive: "let him shoot his own foot, it'll be very educational".
