Trump Pac Wants Its Money Back as Legal Bills Pile Up

Seems to me the optimal strategy would be to put all legal efforts into delay, run a Presidential campaign based on portraying it as unjust persecution, and then pardoning himself.

I know that wouldn't work on the state level charges, but it may be possible to use Presidential authority to prevent arrest and get the Supreme Court to overrule it somehow.
