This happened less than a day ago. Jumping to conclusions much? Every mil-blogger/analyst/etc I know that doesn’t work for a 3 letter agency does this as a hobby or part time job.

The article was written and published by the International Study of War. I would check your own anaylsis, specifically the dates. The Chonbar Bridge is regularly attacked with drones as Russia is using it to resupply Crimea. It is part of their broader strategy of attacking logistical supply routes for the impending 'Battle for Crimea'.
