The submission is dodgy (no contact info, the headline was written in cyrillic the first time I clicked, now in english, etc) but I don't see why the replacing staff angle is a red flag. It's way more honest than most of the BS marketing I see, and it's the reason why a lot of businesses want a chatbot.

Personally I won't do business with a company they pawns me off on a chatbot and subjects me to the indignity of having to pretend I'm discussing something with a computer program. But that's what companies are looking for, why sugar coat it?
