No idea but I am also very curious to why! But it sure is inspiring!

So many of the "counter" examples from the various reactive front-end frameworks look basically the same.

I like the Store concept. Too bad it's not JavaScript/TypeScript and I can't try to use any of this.

There is a ”try” button that leads you to their code sandbox.

I mean that I could never try it in an actual project because why would I want to use a non-JS/TS language on the front-end just because it allows me to write a slightly more ergonomic version of React?

I think you answered your own question a bit, but you're right. It's hard to beat TS + one of the well established web frameworks like React.

I think the point is that JS/TS has broad employment prospects. This will never have that. It's useless beyond an academic or personal project toy.

It looks nice, though moving away from ts/js would be an issue for me.

Maybe you could transpile it to ts to get rid of this friction. And your framework would be somewhat akin to coffeescript.
