Forbidden 403 - Github.com

Anyone else currently experiences problems with github? Maybe 1/10 requests returns a 200 the rest are 403.

I'm not crawling them or anything unusual just browsing through repos.

I tryed contacting the support but - you guessed it - I get a 403 there too.
