Sounds like you're an American who's either a Tesla employee or only owned American cars before. Their quality is mid-tier at best but the software appears to be so dangerous that I avoid driving behind/in front of a Tesla (in Europe).
Btw, European cars are notoriously unreliable, aside from a few gems like Porsche.
