Money and a single career path allow you to rank yourself above or below someone else quite easily.
If you consider the endless number of factors that also make you a valuable person, you may lose track and be happy with just being a unique entity anyway.
And be careful of trying to be more unique than others, you'd be falling for the same trap.
Quite true. I think it all relates to stop comparing yourself with others. It's quite easy to be one dimensional when doing so without realizing that everyone you see, even the ones you think are "successful", have their own unique challenges.
I also think building confidence is important. The more confidence you build, the easier it is to focus on yourself and not others.
