Why this strange format, instead of deducting 1 second per each second of translation?

0.03 minutes are actually 1.8 seconds, so you're deducting 1.8s every 1s, more expensive than it seems.

Also check the deposit amounts, because 360 minutes ($3.99) + 120 minutes ($1.99) amounts to 480 minutes ($9.99?) instead of 480 minutes ($5.99)
