Ask HN: Anyone planning to open office in Serbia?

I was wondering if anyone is planning to open an office in Serbia. I've been working as HR/Legal expert, data protection expert for years.

As a country we have programmers with really high skill levels, presence of lot tech companies (Azure/Office/SQL related stuff developed at Microsoft Dev Center Serbia - MDCS), companies such as 3Lateral that worked on DMC face animation and models, working with Hideo Kojima on Death Stranding 2, and much more.

I've noticed that a lot of companies hire unqualified HR, when they come to my country which results in wasted money on law firms, unused ATS, no cost optimization, people with disabilities being invisible etc., no employee retention, bad reviews.

Recently, I opened consulting firm for companies planning to open office or some kind of representative office in Serbia and would love to help anyone who is thinking about it.
