I disagree with your characterization of unionization efforts as "attacking the workplace". I think they're generally the opposite of that.

I get that management doesn't like it, because the whole point of unionization is that it's an attempt at correcting the power imbalance between workers and management. But that's a whole different thing from "attacking" anybody, let alone the workplace.
