I would need more explanation on what it is actually doing. This is an area I'm quite interested in and I'd like to see more examples of a before and after.

I've been educating myself in these areas for about 4 years now. And as a marketer, I'm fascinated by human behavior.
The method I follow is like this: Out of 200+ cognitive biases and theories, some are much more effective on our behavior (we can say it's like applying the 80/20 principle).
I have a framework based on the most impactful 20-25 theories and biases, incorporating the Fogg Behavior Model and the Limbic Map. I already use this framework in my marketing efforts.
