The UCI limit kills this for use in racing. It's not a tri/TT bike so triathlons (no UCI limit) doesn't want it. It's far too expensive, carbon components in easily worn places like the cogs and crank.
And a fixed saddle height? 187 lb limit (and with bike weight limits, don't push it because who knows what wattage + weight combos they actually tested with, IF they did testing.
A novelty. Would be interesting a decade ago, but even recreational bikers are getting assist motors, which are far more effective.
