The HTML review is an annual journal of literature made to exist on the web

This is great. I wish there was an RSS feed or newsletter I could sign up to - I'm not going to remember to check this in 12 months time.

Also they have a lot of other cool sites linked in their about page: https://thehtml.review/about.html

Yeah I hope an rss feed gets added. There’s no way to know when it updates currently.

This was also my exact reaction when I first came across a couple months ago. I promptly forgot about it until now, because I can't save it in my feed reader...

Cool, didn't know that the founder of Notion made net art.

I think it is a different person with the same name.

The shadow effect with CSS and minimal JS on this site is very cool!

Very cool!

This issue of the review includes a very cool submission from a few weeks ago which did pretty well on the front page: https://alex.miller.garden/grid-world/

I hoped this was going to he academic papers that are formatted in HTML instead of latex. It was not what I expected lol

The internet needs more of this.

Trippy!
