I don't get it. The article has plenty of comparison images that show both the original and the copy:

and has 3 additional links to tweets, which so far as I can tell works exactly the same as your links. What exactly is the issue here?

Hrm it looks like they fixed the lack of media. It was previously a wall of text.

I am not a lawyer and I don’t defend what Shein has done, but racketeering seems like the wrong description for this? Maybe the plaintiffs are really stretching for a legal theory bc what shein has done is not illegal, even if it is wrong?

My understanding is that racketeering is an organised scheme to violate the law in way to create a profit. Which would be an accurate description of systematically mining the Internet for IP to violate.
