Kanri – cross-platform, fully offline Kanban board desktop app

Been working on this side project for a while, looking for some feedback. It's a Kanban desktop app made using Tauri, inspired by Trello but all of your data is stored on your own device.

Main question I'm thinking about is whether I should keep polishing the app or start working on a prototype for cloud sync to allow sync between devices and collaboration.

Please mind that this is pretty much a solo project and there's still a lot to improve. Just want to get this out into the world and get some more feedback.
