She's not a danger to society, put her under house arrest, ban her from jobs relating to medical and financial services etc.
She’s a danger of causing massive fraud again. She can cause fraud while under house arrest.
Danger doesn’t just mean violence. She did a horrible thing and harmed thousands of people financially. She needs to be in jail for a long time to protect society from her.
