When I will use copyrighted material, I will get automatically DMCAed by US institutions into oblivion. When OpenAI will use copyrighted material, it tries to pretend that EU is unreasonable.
We have no reason to take any public statements from a company called OpenAI that only delivers ClosedAI and wants to erect barriers for possible competition seriously.

A month and a half may be old by internet standards, but I happened to miss this so I'm still glad it was posted.
I f'ing love it when companies make hollow threats like this. It is proof that these are not serious people.
