AWS Lightsail now offers 2 vCPUs for $3.50→$10 USD/mo plans

This is a recent change not yet reflected on their pricing page: https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/pricing/

Lightsail web console has the most up-to-date information.

We have upgraded our instances for the nice little bump!

  1. create new instance
  2. rsync old to new
  3. apply firewall rules
  4. swap IPs
  5. confirm all services running/reachable
  6. delete old instance
