Fuck, that is sad, and horrendous timing. I had no idea. Should i take this down for a week or two?
Some acknowledgement of his passing would be appropriate.
Shit, I had no idea. This is terribly sad.
I fine-tuned GPT-3 on the lyrics of 96 MF DOOM songs to write lyrics in his style. Then, i cloned his voice to a text-to-voice model to make him rap them.
Sorry, ignore this comment. I thought I was typing into the description text box instead of the reply box.
You will probably get better results using voice2voice models like RVC or Bark, that way the model is on beat for instace. This is how most AI covers of songs are made I believe. It's also easy to train an RVC model and use it on Google colab. Takes about 1-2 hours to train and 16 minute ebook can be generated in about 170 seconds for instance.
Very impressive. If this was in the middle of a playlist and I wasn't specifically trying to catch the AI-generated track, I wouldn't have given it a second thought.
This is super cool. It’s close, not mistakeable for the real DOOM, the voice doesn’t quite sound right.
ElevenLabs is the weak point, the lyrics are pretty close. RIP DOOM
