Ask HN: What Modern Alternatives for WebRings are there?

Hey there HN,

after the debacle with Reddit, Twitter, et al I've decided to stop posting to walled gardens and instead focus on sharing and co-creating with my peers and whoever comes across our stuff.

I remember reading about modern alternatives for WebRings but can't for the life of me find them or remember what they were called! Tiny web? TinyRing? SmallWeb? Does this ring a bell for some of you?

Alternatively, I'd appreciate if you could share ideas and approaches to alternative/indy syndication or agreggation.

Thanks !
