FWIW if you use Datadog, the "CI Visibility" product allows to query GitLab jobs by name, status, duration etc. (as well as set up alerting on all this).

(One current limitation though is that only finished pipelines show up, no ongoing ones).

Their search is pretty bad, agreed (and coming from a GitLab lover that is telling you something).

For example, searching MRs doesn't let you search multiple fields.
