“Hate Groups” are barred from using Twilio

Was just perusing Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and noticed, under the paragraph "No Inappropriate Content or Users" that Twilio prohibits the use of their service by a "hate group" but without defining what a hate group is or who determines whether a group is a hate group.

This all sounds like pretext for cancelling a user without a refund for a reason they won't explain if you ask them (and it's not the only portion of their AUP which makes no sense).
