Which hosting provider do you currently use for your web application?
It all depends on the level of performance you need and the geographic location of your users.
It also depends on the type of architecture your application is built upon (containerized application ? Lambda function ?)
Finally, you should choose based on the traffic requirement and budget you have (some hosting providers will become quite expensive when you start having a LOT of traffic).
Overall, I always avoid cheap hosting solutions (mostly because I know this equates to the worst kind of equipments and the most resource pooling ever possible).
When you spent weeks/months building a product, it's a very bad idea to lowball your hosting and get the show stopped for a few bucks saved every months ;-)
If you have no clear idea of what you need and want a generic fits-all type of solution look at the regulars (GCP, AWS, Azure). Among these three, GCP tends to have the best price/quality ratio.
