Update on Twitter's Rate Limits

They really think we're stupid, huh? As if we've forgotten all the other changes instituted without advance notice (third party app api changes, ban on mastodon links, ban on plane tracking). And we're just supposed to believe this is only to deal with bots and it is a coincidence these changes happened on the first day of the third fiscal quarter?
