We've learned that ChatGPT's “Browse” can display content in ways we don't want

1. If a web browser can display content at a URL, why would ChatGPT be violating IP rights by doing so?

2. If a web browser can display all the content much faster, why not use one?

...maybe the answer, now that I think of it, to item (1) is as simple as it doesn't respect robots.txt.
