What is the best Reddit alternative?

I came across this website while searching that. Not what i was looking for but pretty good for the kind of stuff i read.

I've been enjoying https://squabbles.io/ as a great reddit alternative

So long as we're asking that question, I'd like to make it a bit less open-ended by asking:

What is it that you seek from Reddit and/or a Reddit replacement?

I suggest https://join-lemmy.org/

This is an excellent question! I'd also like to know.

While they're currently experiencing some pretty serious slowness and glitchiness due to sudden popularity, I'd argue http://lemmy.world is the best Reddit alternative we have at the moment. It has a fairly large variety of subreddits (ie communities), and their user base is, for now at least, fairly active.

I just hope they can fix their numerous server issues before they miss their window of opportunity.

Is there an article or thread that talks about the issues they are having?
