What topics are good for a Project Management Primer?
I have 100 topics or so thus far. What topics do you suggest that project managers and teammates should learn a bit about in a primer?

If you are trying to write primers for different topics, yet need to crowdsource what the content should be, and moving on to new topics weekly, my guess is that you are having AI create the content, and then spending a week editing?
I did that experiment on a different topic a few months back to see how feasible it is to write a small book, and the results were really mediocre. I do agree that creating primers on different topics is an interesting use case for AI, and capitalizing on it early before AI can just spit them out on demand may be a good move. But my findings were that unless you are already an expert and could have written the book anyway, it is going to be difficult to deliver a AI-written primer that is more than the sum of the parts.
I'm hoping to save students and professionals a lot of time/money by creating these primers, then showing how people can create their own primers for their schools and workplaces.
Yes 100% you're right that unless you are already an expert and could have already written the book anyway, it's difficult. I've worked on these topics for years, and written about them, and taught them to many companies, so I know many of the topics well and have used many of them in practice.
The reason you're seeing these primers now on HN is because I'm working with a company that's investing a lot in team training, and the company has plenty of books on the topics, but it turns out that teammates are never reading the books because they're too long and too full of opaque terminology. The company and its partners are prioritizing startup entrepreneurship, UI/UX design, and project management.
As I experimented with ChatGPT on these topics, what I found is the ChatGPT output is close enough to my own business-oriented writing that it makes good sense to use ChatGPT first then edit it. Currently, each primer is taking about a month of wall time because I have so many of the topics already, and all I need to do is research for thoroughness, generate via AI, edit for size/form/style/etc., test with readers, iterate a few times, wrangle with pandoc, publish on gumroad, and so forth.
