I suspect Universities will still prefer some races over others. Its a pretty deeply rooted world view held by people who tend to bemoan the legitimacy of the law.
If SCOTUS’ majority opinion says this particular form of information is okay to use, how is the legitimacy of the law being violated?
Thats not what Im saying. Im saying many dont view the Supreme Court as legitimate and the academia administration crowd has significant overlap with that group.
