Bagisto – open-source alternative to Shopify

Hey Hacker News!

I'm excited to share my work on Bagisto, an open-source eCommerce platform designed for modern businesses. I've been working on this project for quite some time, and I'm thrilled to finally bring it to the Hacker News community.

This particular open source eCommerce framework is targeted for new age developer graduating out of college and looking to build eCommerce website with easy with less learning curve.

What makes bagsisto different is the tech stack on which it's built upon; Laravel and Vue.JS. This makes any new developer having basic knowledge of MVC architecture can directly start working on bagisto.

Bagisto also follows a modular approach, allowing you to easily extend and customize the platform to fit your unique business needs. You can add or remove functionalities without modifying the core code, making it highly flexible and maintainable.

We welcome you to try it out and give us your feedback.

Really loved the recent LLM integration with langchain support. First in the ecommerce world.

Is this new? The only two jobs that are advertised are from 2 years ago.
