The greatest tech books of all time

Not the list I expected. I was looking for technical books like, say, Kernighan and Ritchie, or "Classical Electrodynamics" by J.D. Jackson. This is a list of popular books "about" technology.

Not even about technology. All the books in the list are about Southern California Internet culture.

Empathy Diaries and Darwin Among the Machines don't seem to rate, being much more rooted on the East Coast Harvard/MIT cultural bubble but both changed how I see computer technology and its role in society.

What are the (technical) greatest books of all time?
