Android’s emergency call shortcut is flooding dispatchers with false calls

Accidentally triggered this while my phone's UI was locked up and was unable to cancel before it went through. It was slightly embarrassing and I hope I didn't waste too much of that dispatcher's time.

Ive pressed the power button 5 times a few times before by accident, either because the screen wasnt responding or because the brightness was set so low i didnt see it was on.

Always cancelled before it rang, but damn, its easy to do by accident.

To be fair, I've had this for more than a year, not sure why its an issue now?
