At this point at least they seem to support RHEL, CentOS, SUSE, and Ubuntu. Or at least, they offer downloads for it – I'm having a hard time navigating their documentation to find a more precise answer.

But the people who are running Db2 probably has very little overlap with the people running CentOS, too.
